Ms Kavisha Kamal is a Trainee Solicitor with a keen interest in private family law.

 

She completed her MA in English and Classics at the University of Edinburgh and achieved a First Class with Honours. She then went on to complete her MA in Law at the University of Law and achieved a high Commendation. 

 

Kavisha has experience with a range of family matters, having worked as a paralegal within both the public and private family sectors. During her time as a paralegal, she assisted on both Private Children proceedings and Financial Remedy cases. She specialised in working with high-net-worth clients and has had significant experience working on complex financial remedy cases.

 

Kavisha now strives to develop her practise helping survivors of abuse and she understands how trauma can affect both parents and children. During her training contract she aims to represent clients with sensitivity, compassion, and care, whilst obtaining the best possible outcome and ensuring that her clients feel supported and understood throughout the process.
